FUNLAYERS promotes the INL ESRA Career Fair and Skills Workshop
The INL ESRA Career Fair is an exciting initiative organised by the Early-Stage Researchers Association of INL (ESRA), designed to connect INL researchers with leading companies, startups, and research centres. Proudly supported by FUNLAYERS, this event is all about empowering researchers to explore career opportunities beyond academia.
The Career Fair offers a dynamic platform for networking, professional exposure, and career discovery through company showcases, roundtable discussions, and informal meetups. It aims to create meaningful links between early-stage researchers and potential employers from a wide range of sectors.
As part of this initiative, the workshop "Level Up Yourself: Skills, CV & LinkedIn" will help participants identify and develop their transferable skills, and learn how to present them effectively in various professional contexts. With guidance from Chaperone trainer Catarina Seabra, the session will also cover practical tips on creating a strong CV and LinkedIn profile.

A Central feature of the event, the “Opportunity Spotlight” will bring together companies, startups, and research centres to present their work, mission, and available career opportunities.
